Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Cloud Development:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data from various sources and create a 360-degree view of customer profiles.

• Build and configure Salesforce components, including data models, data ingestion pipelines, and identity resolution rules to optimize the Data Cloud.

• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud tools to create and manage audience segments, personalized customer journeys, and real-time interactions based on unified data.

Data Integration & Management:

• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with third-party applications, internal systems, and other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud) to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.

• Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Salesforce Data Cloud, utilizing tools like MuleSoft, Salesforce APIs, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

• Develop and maintain APIs and connectors for real-time data synchronization across platforms.

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, high-performance solutions that leverage Salesforce Data Cloud’s capabilities.

• Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including data security, data governance, and compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

• Develop advanced reporting and analytics using Salesforce Data Cloud tools and integrate with Tableau or other BI platforms to generate actionable insights.

• Optimize data usage for personalized marketing, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics across channels.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data integrity and reliability of solutions.

• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure data quality and alignment with business requirements.

Documentation & Support:

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system design, data flow diagrams, and deployment procedures.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to clients post-implementation, ensuring high satisfaction with data accuracy and system performance.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including project managers, data analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and data requirements.

• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency in development progress and addressing any technical concerns.

Agile Methodologies:

• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, contributing to efficient project execution and continuous improvement.
