Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Solution Design
-
Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand sales, pricing, and revenue processes. Translate findings into well-structured requirements and system architecture.

Salesforce CPQ & RCA Implementation
-
Design and configure product bundles, pricing logic, discount rules, approval flows, and guided selling within Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & RCA).

ERP Integration
-
Lead the integration of Salesforce CPQ with client ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics), including field mapping, middleware coordination, and data validation utilizing Mulesoft and third party middleware.

End-to-End Project Execution

Coordinate cross-functional delivery across developers, consultants, and client stakeholders. Participate in backlog management, QA, UAT, and go-live support.

Enablement & Optimization

Deliver user training, write configuration documentation, and support clients post-implementation with system optimization and troubleshooting.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with other specialists and strategists to continuously improve internal delivery standards and client outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
-
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce CPQ.
-
Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems.
-
Experience delivering at least one full-lifecycle Revenue Cloud or RCA implementation.

Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and recurring revenue models.

Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its core objects (Opportunities, Products, Price Books, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work independently and manage client relationships in a dynamic consulting environment.

Proficiency in both English and French.

Preferred:

Proficiency in Spanish.

Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or equivalent).

Entrepreneurial or startup experience.

Experience working with middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
-
Prior consulting experience within a Salesforce Partner organization.
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Slack).
