Key Responsibilities

Lead eCommerce Projects: Oversee end-to-end implementation of Salesforce and Shopify projects, ensuring they meet client goals, budget, and timeline expectations.

Project Planning & Execution: Define scope, develop project plans, allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of Shopify and Salesforce solutions (Commerce, POS, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).

Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Lead discovery sessions and workshops, gather requirements, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional delivery teams across product, engineering, and design functions. Ensure clarity on responsibilities, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Agile Project Management: Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure iterative delivery.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and keep all stakeholders informed.

Quality Assurance: Oversee internal QA processes and client deliverables to ensure technical excellence and alignment with business needs.

Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to clients and internal leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and methodology refinement.
Qualifications
Required:
-
5+ years of experience managing complex eCommerce or CRM implementation projects, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.

Proven experience delivering projects on Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud) and Shopify (including Shopify POS) platforms.

Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills—both written and verbal.

Experience using project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, G Suite, Asana, etc.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness and availability to travel up to 20% of the time for client meetings, on-site workshops, or conferences as needed.

Fluency in French and English.

Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin or Arabic

Experience working within a formal PMO or consulting practice.

Salesforce certification(s), Shopify certification(s).

Salesforce or Shopify Partner experience.

Familiarity with the retail, luxury, or consumer goods industry.

Entrepreneurial or startup experience.
