RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce B2B Commerce Specialist with hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) to join our growing team. You’ll lead end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce B2B Commerce for enterprise-level clients, designing solutions that integrate seamlessly with a mix of CRM (Sales Cloud), OMS, CPQ, ERP, and fulfillment systems.
This role blends technical configuration with client-facing strategy. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to translate complex B2B buying journeys into scalable, intuitive experiences—covering everything from contract-based pricing to multi-level account hierarchies. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative consulting environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and takes ownership from discovery through post-launch optimization.
Client Discovery & Solution Design

Lead workshops with client stakeholders to understand B2B sales models, account structures, and buying processes.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution architecture, and technical roadmaps.
Salesforce B2B Commerce (LWR) Implementation

Configure storefronts, product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and bulk ordering flows.

Design user experiences optimized for complex B2B buying journeys, leveraging the full capabilities of B2B Commerce LWR.
Integration & Systems Alignment

Coordinate integrations between B2B Commerce, Salesforce and Third Party CRM (Sales Cloud), OMS, WMS, ERP, CPQ systems.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity, mapping, and synchronization.
Project Execution & Enablement

Oversee configuration, testing (QA/UAT), and deployment activities.

Create user training materials, deliver enablement sessions, and document configurations for long-term maintainability.
Continuous Improvement

Monitor system performance post-launch, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements based on best practices and new Salesforce releases.
QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of IT experience
-
4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce, with LWR expertise.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud core objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Products, Price Books, etc.).

Proven experience integrating B2B Commerce with ERP and/or OMS systems.

Solid grasp of B2B e-commerce principles: contract pricing, entitlement policies, account hierarchies, approval workflows, and bulk ordering.

Experience gathering and refining requirements, mapping processes, and designing scalable solutions.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Proficiency in English; French fluency strongly appreciated.
Preferred:

Salesforce certifications (B2B Commerce Administrator, B2B Commerce Developer, Sales Cloud, or Platform App Builder).

Experience with OMS Implementions.

Experience with CPA or RCA implementations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Slack.

Prior consulting experience with a Salesforce Partner organization.

Entrepreneurial or startup experience.
